Account & Activation Executive

About the role

Influential TR, the influencer marketing brand of Publicis Groupe Türkiye, runs creator-led campaigns for major FMCG, consumer health, technology and retail brands. Its Account & Activation team owns the client relationship day to day and turns briefs into campaigns on time, on brief and on budget. The Account & Activation Executive works with an Account & Activation Manager to run the daily execution of influencer campaigns for several clients at once, from finding creators to reporting results.

Key responsibilities

• Research, shortlist and profile content creators for each brief using Captiv8 and your own market knowledge, and prepare selection rationales for the Manager and the client.
• Contact creators and talent agencies, collect availability and fees, and support negotiations.
• Prepare creator briefs, contracts and content calendars, and manage the approval process: collecting drafts, checking them against the brief, brand safety and disclosure requirements, routing them to the client and tracking revisions.
• Monitor live campaigns daily, confirm posts go live correctly and flag issues early.
• Collect performance data, keep campaign trackers accurate and prepare wrap-up reports with the Tech & Data team.
• Help turn numbers into insights, and prepare status reports, meeting notes and follow-up lists for client accounts.
• Support proposals and pitches with research, creator lists, cost estimates and slides.
• Coordinate with Operations and Finance so that creator contracts, invoices and payments are completed correctly and on time.
• Keep the creator database and relationship notes up to date, and follow platform updates, creator trends and competitor campaigns.

Required profile

• 1 to 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media or digital marketing, ideally at an agency or on the brand side working with agencies.
• Hands-on experience running or supporting creator campaigns: briefing, approvals, tracking and reporting.
• Strong organisational skills to keep several campaigns and dozens of creators on track.
• Clear, polite and persistent communicator with creators, agencies and clients.
• Fluent in Turkish and English, written and spoken.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.

Required skills

• Comfortable with numbers and spreadsheets, able to build a clean tracker and a simple report.
• Plus: experience with influencer marketing platforms such as Captiv8, HypeAuditor or similar, and with creator commerce, affiliate or performance-linked campaigns.
• Plus: basic knowledge of advertising and disclosure rules for influencer content in Turkey.
