Assistant Shopper Excellence & Trade Marketing Manager

About the role

Danone Türkiye is looking for an Assistant Shopper Excellence & Trade Marketing Manager to cover the Waters category, managing the Hayat, Sırma and Akmina brands. The role applies shopper knowledge to occasions and channels, plans and manages investments that attract shoppers in stores, and works with merchandising, sales, marketing, procurement and supply chain teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support the creation of PICOS profiles for segment-based stores and regularly update planograms, making sure categories are positioned according to them
• Schedule regular field visits and support the commercial team in enhancing product visibility in sales channels
• Collaborate on occasion activation strategies and help sales teams run category and channel-tailored marketing plans
• Help develop retailer partnerships and manage JBP's
• Plan and execute product launches, yearly promotional plans and sales initiatives, including post-launch reviews
• Prepare internal and external data analysis and reports to build action plans by channel and category
• Develop and execute shopper marketing initiatives, including e-commerce plans for online sales and digital shelf optimization

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
• High level of English
• At least 2 years of experience in trade marketing, shopper marketing, marketing or sales
• Result-oriented, collaborative and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office tools
