Trade Marketing Specialist

About the role

Saturn Spor, the exclusive distributor of On in Turkey since 2024, is looking for a Trade Marketing Specialist. The role develops and executes trade marketing strategies and activities aligned with brand positioning and commercial objectives, and plans and runs in-store marketing campaigns, seasonal launches and promotions across retail and wholesale channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute trade marketing strategies and activities aligned with brand positioning and commercial objectives.
• Plan and implement in-store marketing campaigns, seasonal launches and promotional activities across retail and wholesale channels.
• Manage visual merchandising standards and ensure consistent brand presentation across all points of sale.
• Coordinate store layouts, product displays, POS materials and in-store communication to improve customer experience and product visibility.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Retail teams on initiatives that drive store traffic, conversion and sales performance.
• Ensure global brand guidelines are implemented effectively across local retail and wholesale touchpoints.
• Coordinate with external agencies, suppliers and business partners on trade marketing and visual merchandising projects.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness, retail execution and commercial KPIs to identify improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in trade marketing, preferably in sports, fashion, premium or luxury retail.
• Experience in visual merchandising, in-store marketing and retail brand execution.
• Strong commercial awareness, able to turn marketing strategies into sales-driven initiatives.
• Advanced written and spoken English.
• Analytical, planning, organizational and project management skills, plus strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
