Account Manager – AWS Solutions

About the role

TD SYNNEX is seeking an Account Manager focused on Amazon Web Services (AWS) to grow market share and deepen customer relationships. The role bridges resellers, end‑users and AWS, positioning the company as a trusted advisor while driving profitable sales.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the Business Unit strategy to increase profitable market share.
• Promote AWS solutions and services to key customers and resellers.
• Support sales teams in winning large tenders and expanding wallet share.
• Negotiate and close major deals, ensuring customer loyalty and profitability.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with reseller and vendor teams, visiting both reseller and end‑user sites.
• Engage operational, sales and marketing teams to align on go‑to‑market plans.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of AWS products and technologies.
• Excellent communication and influencing abilities.
• High energy, self‑management and initiative‑driven attitude.
• Ability to work collaboratively across channel partners and vendors.
• Degree in a business‑related field is an advantage.
