Account Manager – Business Imaging Sales

About the role

Epson is looking for an Account Manager to lead the End User Sales division in Ankara, focusing on business imaging (print) solutions. You will develop and execute sales plans to grow the customer base and maximise revenue from Epson’s business print portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a business sales plan for designated customers and resellers, targeting market size and lead generation.
• Create detailed account plans covering budgets, stakeholder analysis, solution design, third‑party providers and value propositions.
• Build and manage a project pipeline, using internal and external specialists to deliver solutions that meet specifications.
• Produce deal plans, provide guidance to Account Executives and monitor market activities to maintain competitive advantage.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reporting through Epson’s CRM and management tools.

Required profile

• Degree or equivalent in business, technical or sales‑related discipline.
• Proven experience in business/office‑print sales with a record of achieving profitable growth.
• Experience with government tenders and strong relationship‑building skills.
• Commercial awareness, negotiation and influencing abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with CRM systems (preferred).
