Account Manager – Cybersecurity Solutions (Turkey)

About the role

The Account Manager will drive new client acquisition and expand existing relationships for TrendAI™ in Turkey. Working closely with technical, channel partner and marketing teams, you will shape selling strategies and act as a trusted advisor to senior customer executives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and proactively target prospects and existing clients to drive adoption of Trend Micro technologies and services.
• Develop market strategies for each product and service within the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with pre‑sales, marketing and sales leadership to deliver value propositions to channel CEOs and technical teams.
• Achieve quarterly revenue goals aligned with business‑unit targets.
• Maintain accurate account information in Salesforce for opportunity management and forecasting.
• Build and nurture relationships with CIOs/CISOs, ecosystem partners (AWS, Microsoft, VMware, Google) and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the security industry.
• Proven account management experience in the commercial sector.
• Knowledge of security frameworks such as Zero Trust, SASE, UEBA, XDR and platforms like SIEM and SOAR is an advantage.
• Experience selling to senior executives (CIO/CISO) and working with channel partners.
