Account Manager, Google Workspace

About the role

Global IT, founded in 2006 and profitable every year, has moved many large corporations to Google Cloud Platform and is looking for an Account Manager to pioneer Google Workspace growth in Turkey. You will work closely with local and regional Google resources to turn business requirements into solutions for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Discover and acquire new customers for Google Workspace
• Understand the technical requirements of potential leads and work with internal development teams to shape the solution for each customer's ecosystem
• Increase current Google Workspace consumption and win new workloads in existing accounts
• Present new Google Workspace offerings and solutions to current customers
• Evaluate customer needs to suggest additional workloads
• Work with the delivery team to give input on industry trends and tailor delivery offerings
• Articulate compelling value propositions around Google Cloud services
• Work with Google as a team to extend reach and drive adoption

Required profile

• 3+ years of high-tech sales experience
• Experience as the key contact for specific business segments, working with multiple business units
• Track record of meeting and exceeding business targets
• Experience driving adoption of new technologies and solutions preferred
• Able to work in a diverse, innovative team and in an environment where you can work alone and collaboratively
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; able to talk to all levels of a client organisation

Nice to have

• Strong understanding of Google Cloud Platform and/or cloud services (not required)
• Salesforce literacy
