Account Manager

About the role

The Account Manager will join Lely's Cluster SEET team in Istanbul, reporting to the DCD Manager. You will work closely with proposition managers, commercial product specialists, and centre managers across Turkey and the SEET region to align sales and service activities and grow the premium distribution channel.

Key responsibilities

• Create a unified communication story for all propositions and deliver it to Lely Centres.
• Coordinate centralized communication between Proposition Managers and Lely Centres.
• Steer Lely Centres using KPIs (e.g., Lely Center Audit) and ensure business‑team budget targets are met.
• Develop sales and service capabilities of Lely Centres with support from Commercial Product Specialists.
• Enhance customer centricity to increase market share, NPS and overall customer experience.
• Drive national adoption of robotics and new proposition introductions (NPI).
• Guide activities for target groups such as Family Farms, DXL, and Grazing Farms.
• Train teams on sales tools, including CRM and order management systems.
• Support the DCD Manager in creating 5‑year plans for each Lely Centre and set actionable goals.
• Identify budget shortfalls, devise action plans and connect centres with appropriate expertise.
• Provide market insights from CRM data to support annual budget planning.

Required profile

• University degree completed.
• 3‑5 years of experience in commercial roles, preferably in agriculture or food‑related companies.
• Experience in dealer management or distribution network management is a plus.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Turkey and internationally.
• Fluent in English and Turkish, both written and spoken.
• Strong communicator with confidence presenting to internal and external stakeholders.
