Telesales Team Lead

About the role

Pluxee Turkey, a leading employee benefits and engagement partner, is seeking a Telesales Team Lead to drive its telesales operations. The role will oversee a high‑performing team, ensure KPI achievement, and implement strategies that boost efficiency and conversion rates.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate a telesales team, conducting regular 1:1 meetings and performance reviews.
• Develop and execute segment‑based sales strategies to increase customer acquisition and profitability.
• Manage the sales funnel using data‑driven insights to improve conversion and revenue outcomes.
• Collaborate with the Sales Director on budgeting, forecasting and annual planning.
• Maintain executive‑level client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long‑term retention.
• Implement retention and loyalty programmes to support sustainable revenue growth.
• Analyse CRM data and performance reports to generate actionable insights and present regular updates to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a telesales or call‑center team.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to use data for decision‑making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems and performance analytics.
