Account Manager – Turkey

About the role

Join GoStudent as an Account Manager in Turkey, where you will combine sales and customer success to guide families through personalized tutoring solutions. You will work from Istanbul (hybrid) or remotely across Turkey, helping parents and students unlock their full learning potential.

Key responsibilities

• Advise parents and students on optimal learning solutions and match them with suitable tutors.
• Generate new deals, excite families about tutoring packages, and close contracts.
• Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships, fostering loyalty and optimizing the learning experience.
• Drive upselling and referral initiatives to increase revenue.

Required profile

• Strong Turkish (C2) and good English communication skills.
• Sales mindset with 2‑3 years of experience in sales or customer success.
• Persuasive communication, solution‑focused listening, and trust‑building abilities.
• Self‑initiative and ambition to meet and exceed sales targets.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
