International Diamond & Jewellery Business Developer

About the role

The International Diamond & Jewellery Business Developer will identify, develop and convert new business opportunities across global diamond and jewellery markets, supporting Brink’s growth strategy in Turkey and internationally.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities across global Diamond & Jewellery markets.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution and post‑win handover.
• Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline through networking, trade shows and industry engagement.
• Develop strategic growth plans for target customers, market segments and geographic regions.
• Generate revenue opportunities in collaboration with country, regional and global commercial teams.
• Identify and develop new international trade lanes and cross‑border business opportunities.
• Coordinate business development activities with Brink’s affiliates and international partners.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs and emerging risks.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline reporting and sales forecasts.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Logistics, Marketing, Economics or related field.
• Extensive experience within the Turkish Diamond and Jewellery sector.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, key account management or international sales.
• Proven success in identifying, developing and converting new business opportunities.
• Strong analytical and market research capabilities with understanding of international Diamond & Jewellery trade flows.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
