Accounts Manager – Amazon Turkey Marketplace

About the role

Amazon Turkey is seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to drive the acquisition and growth of small and medium‑sized sellers on its Marketplace. The role combines business development, lead generation and hands‑on support for new selling partners as they launch and expand their product catalog on Amazon.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads, evaluate business potential via phone and email, and onboard new sellers onto the Amazon Turkey Marketplace.
• Act as the primary point of contact for selling partners, guiding them through the launch process and helping them scale their sales.
• Collect and relay partner feedback to internal teams to improve Amazon’s tools, services and processes for third‑party sellers.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders—including legal, product, and operations—to resolve issues and create mutually beneficial solutions.
• Drive projects autonomously in a fast‑moving environment, meeting defined business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering or a related field.
• Fluency in English and Turkish, both written and spoken.
• Proven sales experience managing large accounts, preferably in e‑commerce or retail.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a track record of influencing stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in ambiguous situations.

Required skills

• Advanced computer skills: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce.com.
• SQL knowledge for data analysis.
