ADAS System Test Engineer

About the role

DXC Luxoft is hiring a Regular ADAS System Test Engineer for an on-site position in Gebze, Turkey, working with a Turkey-based OEM. The role covers manual and automated software testing of ADAS control units on test benches and test vehicles, within an Agile/Scrum process.

Key responsibilities

• Perform software validation on new ADAS control units on test benches and test vehicles
• Create and maintain test suites and test cases from specifications, user guides, use cases, comparable products and known bugs
• Run manual and automated software testing and session-based exploratory testing
• Identify software issues, log them with supporting data, verify fixes and record test results with PC-based tools and test instrumentation
• Document testing and create test reports
• Coordinate with domestic and international departments, take part in requirements and design reviews, and provide ad-hoc technical support

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Automotive Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in ADAS test and validation
• Fluent spoken and written English; candidate must be based in Turkey with legal authorization to live and work there
• Valid Turkish driving licence and ability to obtain a visa allowing travel and driving within the EU

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of ADAS features, sensors and ADAS integration
• Understanding of GSR2 and UNECE regulations, and of ISO 26262 and SOTIF
• Hands-on experience with Vector tools (CANape, CANalyzer, CANoe, vFlash) and OxTS data collection
• Experience with 3D balloon targets and 4A 3D dynamic platforms for AEB testing
• Systems and requirements engineering for ADAS, preferably with Codebeamer
• Nice to have: vehicle networking (CAN, MOST), ISTQB Foundation Level, shell scripting
