Affiliate Marketing Executive

About the role

Turkuvaz Media Group is looking for an Affiliate Marketing Executive to join its rapidly growing marketplace company, idefix.com. The role covers end-to-end affiliate and influencer marketing strategy, partner acquisition, campaign management and performance reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual and periodic affiliate marketing strategies, designing partnership models that support platform growth, customer acquisition and revenue targets.
• Design and manage affiliate campaign structures, coupon and discount strategies, category-based commission models and performance-driven action plans.
• Acquire new partners such as micro and macro influencers, publishers, content creators, coupon and cashback platforms, and maintain an active publisher pipeline.
• Manage influencer collaboration, including planning, briefings, content tracking, performance measurement and optimization.
• Analyze daily traffic, conversions, orders, new customers, ROI/ROAS, CPS and CPA, and implement optimizations.
• Work with commercial, category, campaign and brand teams to promote the right products and campaigns.
• Manage operations with affiliate networks, influencer agencies and technology partners, and oversee special partnerships and media planning.
• Monitor affiliate tracking, deep links, coupon codes, attribution systems and third-party tools (e.g. Adjust), coordinating integrations with IT and product teams when needed.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and growth recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in affiliate, influencer or performance marketing.
• E-commerce or marketplace experience preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management, with proven partner management experience.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving.
• Results-oriented, highly organized and experienced in performance management.

Required skills

• Understanding of performance metrics such as ROI, CPA, CPS and ROAS.
• Proficiency with analytics and measurement tools such as Google Analytics, Adjust and Appsflyer.
