Senior Google Ads Manager (Dental Marketing)

About the role

Teraleads is a fast-growing marketing agency that partners with dental clinics across the USA on PPC, SEO and full-arch marketing strategies. It is hiring a fully remote Google Ads Manager (EMEA time zone) to run Google Ads campaigns for dental clinics, optimising them for qualified patient acquisition rather than lead volume.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns for dental clinics, building targeted PPC strategies that drive bookable patient leads
• Handle keyword research, ad copywriting and A/B testing, and analyse campaign data with regular performance reports
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams and stay current on Google Ads trends, especially in healthcare and dental
• Use AI tools to automate and streamline campaign management and improve campaign quality
• Manage a portfolio of 30-50 Google Ads accounts in the US dental industry
• Work closely with CRM and sales data to improve lead quality

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of hands-on Google Ads experience focused on lead generation; general paid media experience does not qualify
• Direct experience advertising to USA-based clients in North America
• Track record of high-ROI Google Ads campaigns, able to show real results and lead outcomes
• Preferred: experience in dental or healthcare marketing, including creatine dental ads and full arch implants

• Active Google Ads certifications
