About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accessory & Collection Designer to join our haute couture accessory team. The role focuses on creating high‑end accessories using crystal, mother‑of‑pearl and pearl beads. The ideal candidate has a strong passion for luxury accessory production and a proven track record of at least five years working with these materials.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop accessory collections for high‑fashion garments.
• Select, prepare, and manipulate crystal, mother‑of‑pearl and pearl beads to achieve the desired aesthetic.
• Collaborate with pattern makers, tailors and production staff to ensure seamless integration of accessories into garments.
• Maintain strict quality standards and oversee the finishing process of each piece.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and techniques in luxury beadwork.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of hands‑on experience in crystal, mother‑of‑pearl and pearl bead processing.
• Demonstrated passion for haute couture accessory creation.
• Strong portfolio showcasing luxury accessory designs.
