Graphic Design Specialist – Global Brand (EU/Global)

About the role

Manage and deliver visual communication projects across multiple regions, ensuring brand consistency, quality, and efficiency across print, digital, presentation, and web materials. The position focuses on EU and global brand work and requires strong English communication to coordinate with cross‑country teams.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and manage design projects in line with the global brand identity for EU and worldwide markets.
• Ensure all outputs comply with brand guidelines and quality standards across countries.
• Adapt visual materials to local market needs while maintaining global consistency and clear English messaging.
• Handle end‑to‑end design processes for print, digital, web, and presentation assets.
• Create and optimise corporate presentations using PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides and modern tools such as Gamma, Canva Pro, and Figma.
• Collaborate with TR and EU/global marketing, sales and other functions, participating in English meetings and written communication.
• Maintain and update website visuals and English‑language pages in line with global standards.
• Utilise AI‑based design tools to improve speed, scalability and workflow efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an international environment.
• Proven ability to work within global brand guidelines and adapt them across markets.
• Strong knowledge of print production, pre‑press processes and production follow‑up.
• Excellent typography, layout and colour‑management skills.
• High global brand awareness and a performance‑driven mindset.

Required skills

• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• PowerPoint, Keynote and Google Slides.
• Modern presentation tools: Gamma, Canva Pro, Figma presentations.
• Experience with website content updates and CMS (a plus).
• Proficiency with AI‑powered design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Figma AI or Canva AI.
