Assistant Brand Manager

About the role

A Marketing team is looking for a curious, analytical and energetic Assistant Brand Manager to report to the Brand Manager. You will help shape the future of the brands, from annual brand planning and consumer insights to innovation launches and 360-degree communication. The role suits someone who wants to grow into a Brand Manager position in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of brand strategy and take an active part in annual marketing planning to deliver brand KPIs.
• Monitor and analyse sales volumes, market share trends (Nielsen) and competitor activity to inform decisions.
• Prepare consumer insight reports from research and market data and turn them into actionable recommendations.
• Identify new growth opportunities across channels and categories.
• Manage end-to-end new product launches and renovation projects with Sales, R&D, Packaging and Production teams.
• Work with creative and media agencies on integrated brand communication and monitor campaign performance.
• Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, export teams, agencies and external partners.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in FMCG.
• Experience analysing Nielsen data is a plus.

• Strong analytical skills, turning complex data into clear strategic recommendations.
• Project and time management, handling multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
