About the role
Guess, a renowned leader in the global fashion industry, is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and help achieve sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Support overall store management and daily operations.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet store sales goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries and resolving issues.
- Maintain product displays, signage, and merchandising standards.
- Assist in training and onboarding new employees.
- Monitor inventory levels and help manage stock replenishment.
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies.
Required profile
- Proven experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team‑building abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
- Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- University diploma required; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
