About the role
Arslan Law Firm, an independent practice in Turkey, is seeking a full‑time Associate to join its team in Levent. The Associate will support a diverse client base on commercial, corporate, finance, real‑estate and construction matters, delivering high‑quality legal advice and representation.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct in‑depth legal research across commercial and corporate law topics.
- Draft petitions, contracts, memoranda and other legal documents.
- Provide clear, actionable legal advice to both local and foreign clients.
- Represent clients in court proceedings and other legal forums.
- Assist with compliance issues and international business transactions.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of experience in commercial litigation and corporate law.
- Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- High integrity, professionalism and commitment to client service.
- Bachelor’s degree in law; advanced degree or specialized certification is a plus.
