Associate Lawyer – Pharmaceuticals, Data Protection & Compliance

About the role

NSN Law Firm is looking for an Associate Lawyer to support its Pharmaceuticals & Life Sciences, Data Protection, and Anti‑Corruption & Compliance practice groups. The role involves providing high‑quality legal advice, drafting and negotiating complex agreements, and staying abreast of regulatory developments.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents in Turkish and English.
• Provide counsel on corporate activities related to pharmaceuticals, life sciences, data protection, and anti‑corruption compliance.
• Conduct in‑depth legal research and produce alerts, briefs, and compliance reports.
• Monitor international and domestic regulatory changes affecting client operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable university; a Master’s degree is a plus.
• 3‑5 years of experience, preferably in top‑tier law firms serving corporate clients.
• Bar admission in Turkey.
• Strong analytical abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple time‑sensitive tasks.
• Excellent written and spoken English (IELTS 7.5 or equivalent preferred).

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
