Associate Managing Consultant – Marketing Services

About the role

Mastercard’s Advisors & Consulting Services team helps clients improve digital payments experiences through data‑driven marketing. As an Associate Managing Consultant you will lead the strategy, planning and execution of marketing services projects for a diverse portfolio of customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver integrated digital marketing campaigns, including automation, lifecycle management and performance analytics.
• Own end‑to‑end project execution, ensuring milestones, budgets and quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop creative assets, media plans and data‑visualisation insights that drive measurable business impact.
• Assess client marketing activities, recommend improvements and present data‑driven insights to senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in integrated, data‑driven digital marketing planning and implementation.
• Proven track record managing client accounts and leading digital marketing solutions.
• Ability to plan and execute multi‑channel campaigns that deliver financial performance.
• Strong collaboration skills in a matrix organization and effective stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with fluency in English and the local language.
• Relevant marketing degree or equivalent experience; eligibility to work in Turkey and willingness to travel to client sites.
