Marketing Specialist (On-Site)

About the role

Hipokid is a Turkish digital marketplace that brings children's activities, camps and workshops together on one platform, so families can find and book experiences for their children. It is looking for a high-potential Marketing Specialist to join its growing team on site in Bebek, Istanbul.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the corporate partnerships process end to end, from the first meeting through signing and execution
• Bring new partners onto the platform and guide other stakeholders through the process
• Keep existing sellers active and support them with activity listings when needed
• Work closely with the social media team to help deliver engaging content for families
• Guide the IT team by communicating priorities and needs for the platform's development and continuity
• Use Canva and AI tools effectively as part of daily work
• Measure what works and drive continuous improvement with an analytical mindset

Required profile

• 1-2 years of work experience, ideally at a startup
• Self-starter who is highly motivated and results-driven
• Analytical thinker comfortable with numbers
• Familiarity with Canva and AI tools
• Ability to work on site at the office in Bebek, Istanbul
