Marketing Director

About the role

Vorwerk Türkiye seeks a strategic and hands‑on Marketing Director to lead all marketing activities for Thermomix in Turkey. The role combines leadership, brand building and cross‑functional collaboration to drive growth and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the annual marketing strategy for Thermomix Türkiye in alignment with the General Manager and Vorwerk Home.
• Lead and develop local marketing teams (Advisor & Customer Marketing, Recipe Business, Digital Marketing) overseeing six members.
• Plan and manage the annual marketing budget with cost optimisation and monthly reporting.
• Ensure consistent brand communication across sales network, digital, PR, CRM and product launches.
• Develop and execute promotional initiatives, product communication, CRM activities and sales‑force marketing programmes.
• Collaborate closely with Sales (including E‑Commerce) to create integrated marketing and sales action plans.
• Lead product launches, coordinate cross‑functional teams, monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee public relations, aligning messaging with media, partners and brand ambassadors.
• Monitor market trends, competition and consumer insights to support data‑driven decisions.
• Track customer satisfaction through NPS monitoring to support sales growth.
• Participate as a key member of the local Management Team and work with Vorwerk Home Marketing & Communications.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Economics or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in international marketing roles with proven leadership responsibility.
• Strong expertise in brand marketing, communication strategy and digital marketing.
• Experience in consumer goods and working with sales networks or direct‑sales models.
• Analytical, strategic and conceptual thinking skills.
• Excellent leadership, project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Strong communication and influencing skills with a pragmatic, hands‑on mindset.
• Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and drive alignment across functions.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
