B2B Content & Growth Marketer

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on B2B Content & Growth Marketer to make Complead known to compliance teams in Turkey, Europe and the US. You will create, publish and measure all marketing assets without managing agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Write blog posts, product page copy, case studies and guides for a regulated audience.
• Produce and send the bi‑weekly complead Signal newsletter via HubSpot and LinkedIn.
• Manage the LinkedIn company page and CEO’s voice with a steady calendar of posts.
• Migrate and refresh Sanction Scanner content to complead.ai, optimise pages and fix SEO issues flagged by Semrush.
• Create email lists, campaigns and simple HubSpot workflows to convert readers into leads and meetings.
• Turn awards, product releases and press mentions into blog posts, LinkedIn posts, newsletter items and sales one‑pagers.
• Track traffic, rankings, open/click rates and MQLs and produce a short weekly report with recommendations.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS, fintech or regtech.
• Portfolio of self‑written B2B content (blogs, newsletters, LinkedIn posts, web copy).
• Hands‑on experience with HubSpot (or similar), a CMS and an SEO tool such as Semrush or Ahrefs.
• Daily practical use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, image generators) to accelerate research, drafting and design.
• Strong habit of measuring results and explaining performance.
• Native‑level English writing and fluent Turkish.
• Basic design skills in Figma or Canva are a plus.
• Curiosity about compliance, AML and financial crime.
• Willingness to work onsite in Üsküdar, Istanbul.
