Backend Golang Developer – Cloud Native Services

About the role

We are looking for a backend‑focused Software Engineer who is passionate about building scalable services with Golang, enjoys working in modern cloud‑native environments, and is comfortable taking ownership of production systems. The role is fully centered on Go backend development, delivering APIs, integrations and cloud‑native components in containerised environments.

Key responsibilities

• Adapt quickly to the existing codebase and development workflows.
• Deliver backend features consistently within sprint cycles.
• Own services end‑to‑end, managing the develop‑test‑deploy lifecycle.
• Contribute to Go‑based cloud‑native services and improve system stability, observability and performance.
• Participate actively in code reviews and maintain engineering quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on Golang experience in backend or microservice development.
• At least 1 year of Java and Spring Boot experience.
• Strong experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Solid understanding of backend architecture, service communication and API design.
