About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join KONE’s service team on the Anatolian side of Istanbul. The role involves performing scheduled maintenance and rapid fault resolution on elevators and escalators, ensuring safety, reliability and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out periodic maintenance of elevators and escalators in the assigned park.
• Respond quickly to breakdowns, diagnose faults and implement effective repairs.
• Deliver high‑quality, detail‑oriented service that meets safety and sustainability standards.
• Maintain clear communication with the Maintenance Supervisor and collaborate with team members.

Required profile

• Vocational high school graduate, preferably with studies in elevators, electromechanical transport, electrical, electronics or industrial automation.
• Experience in the elevator or escalator industry.
• Strong attention to quality and safety, responsible and reliable.
• Good communication skills, proactive attitude and ability to work in a team.
• Customer‑focused with solid problem‑solving abilities.
• Own a vehicle and reside in Istanbul’s Anatolian side.
