About the role

Our client, a leading global manufacturing company operating in Turkey, is seeking a Maintenance Executive to ensure equipment reliability, minimise downtime and drive continuous improvement across the plant.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, troubleshoot and resolve mechanical failures.
• Implement preventive, planned, breakdown maintenance, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and 5S practices.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis and apply permanent corrective actions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date maintenance documentation, including logs, machine histories and checklists.
• Plan and coordinate scheduled shutdowns.
• Collaborate with Process, Production and Engineering on continuous‑improvement projects.
• Train and develop the maintenance technician team.
• Manage spare‑parts inventory, define minimum stock levels and support supplier development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.
• 7–12 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office.
• Strong multitasking, problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Effective communication and leadership skills for blue‑collar teams.
• Willingness to reside in or relocate to Çorlu, Çerkezköy, Kapaklı, Tekirdağ, Velimeşe or Saray.
