About the role
Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part‑time sales consultant for its Beyoğlu store in Istanbul. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will deliver a customer‑centric experience, support merchandising, and uphold brand values.
Key responsibilities
- Suggest outfit looks that reflect current trends and promotions while following Levi’s service standards.
- Promote the Red Tab Loyalty program and engage customers in the omni‑channel experience.
- Resolve consumer concerns in line with company policy and collaborate with store management on escalated issues.
- Handle cash, process shipments, manage floor sets, markdowns, and replenishment while maintaining visual standards.
- Perform store procedures in compliance with all Levi’s policies and directives.
Required profile
- Fashion‑savvy with an interest in current trends.
- Enjoys a busy environment and can juggle multiple tasks.
- Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, holidays and able to work a part‑time schedule.
- Physically able to lift up to 40 lb and stand for long periods; reliable transportation.
- Minimum age of 16 years.
