About the role
Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Sales Consultant for its Beyoğlu store in Istanbul. You will be the face of the brand, delivering an exceptional omni‑channel experience and promoting the Red Tab Loyalty program.
Key responsibilities
- Suggest looks that incorporate the latest trends and current promotions, aligned with Levi’s service approach.
- Engage consumers with the Red Tab Loyalty program and resolve concerns in line with company policy.
- Handle cash, merchandise operations, shipment processing, floor set, markdowns and replenishment while maintaining standards.
- Perform store procedures in compliance with Levi’s policies and support store management on elevated consumer issues.
Required profile
- Fashion‑savvy and interested in current trends.
- Enjoys a busy environment and can juggle multiple tasks.
- Available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Physically able to lift up to 40 lb and stand for long periods; reliable transportation.
- Minimum age of 16 years.
Required skills
- Fashion trend awareness.
- Cash handling and basic merchandising operations.
