Brand Manager - Beauty & Skincare

About the role

Kozmoklinik is looking for a Brand Manager who combines strategic thinking, creativity, analytical skills and commercial awareness to build strong brands and drive business growth. The role suits someone passionate about the beauty and skincare industry, interested in working with globally recognized skincare brands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop brand strategies, annual marketing plans and action plans aligned with business objectives
• Prepare product launch presentations, brand guidelines and marketing communication briefs
• Analyse the market, follow beauty industry trends and turn consumer insights into ideas that strengthen brand positioning
• Coordinate digital marketing and social media activities with agencies and internal teams, and track campaign performance
• Work with sales and e-commerce teams on promotional ideas and sales-driving activities, and manage marketing across online and offline channels
• Prepare brand, sales and campaign reports, monitor KPIs, track marketing budgets and recommend improvements

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree from a relevant four-year university program
• Minimum 7 years of marketing experience, preferably in cosmetics, dermocosmetics, pharmaceuticals or FMCG
• Proven experience in brand management, marketing strategy and campaign planning
• Experience working with creative, digital and media agencies
• Commercial mindset, understanding of sales dynamics and promotional mechanics
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally; preferably residing on the Anatolian side of Istanbul

Required skills

• Strong analytical skills with hands-on reporting, campaign analysis and advanced Excel
• Good understanding of digital marketing, social media and performance marketing metrics
• Communication, presentation, organizational and project management skills
• Proficiency in English
