Brand Manager – Coffee Category

About the role

JDE Peet’s is seeking a Brand Manager to lead the local brand strategy for its coffee portfolio. The role will oversee portfolio deployment, range management and the brand communication agenda, turning market insights into actionable plans.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the brand and category on a local level within global guidelines.
  • Develop and execute portfolio deployment and range management strategies.
  • Lead the local brand communication agenda and coordinate with agencies.
  • Gather, analyse and share market and consumer insights with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful execution of brand initiatives.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management or Industrial Engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in an international FMCG environment, preferably in brand management.
  • Proven ability to work with consumer insight data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Strong sense of ownership, communication and project‑management capabilities.
  • Fluent in English and Turkish.
