Brand Manager - Hitachi and YORK

About the role

Bosch Home Comfort in Istanbul is looking for a Brand Manager to strengthen the market presence of the Hitachi and YORK brands in Turkey and support their growth within the Bosch Home Comfort portfolio. The role is full-time, hybrid and on an indefinite-term basis.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement brand strategies for Hitachi and YORK aligned with business objectives and global brand guidelines.
• Strengthen brand positioning, awareness and equity through market, customer and competitor insights.
• Plan and run integrated marketing and communication activities, including digital campaigns, PR, social media, events and sponsorships.
• Keep brand identity and communication consistent across all channels and customer touchpoints.
• Support product launches, go-to-market strategies and brand activations with relevant stakeholders.
• Manage external agencies, business partners and marketing budgets.
• Monitor brand performance and campaign results through KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Work with Sales, Product Management, Communication and other functions to align brand work with business priorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in brand management, marketing or marketing communications.
• Experience managing marketing campaigns, external agencies and cross-functional projects.
• Ability to manage several brands, stakeholders and priorities; very good command of written and spoken English.
• Experience in HVAC or other technical B2B/B2C industries is an advantage.
