User Acquisition Manager

About the role

Stoikk, which builds digital products in wellness, AI and consumer tech with a mobile-first portfolio of more than 30 million users worldwide, is looking for a User Acquisition Manager in Istanbul. The role leads the team and systems behind product growth, defines the acquisition strategy and drives measurable results from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a high-performing User Acquisition team, setting goals, KPIs and performance expectations.
• Own the end-to-end acquisition system: campaign setup, tracking, attribution, reporting and feedback loops.
• Manage and improve campaigns with external agencies, internal stakeholders and ad networks.
• Oversee workflows such as campaign briefs, creative production, channel launches, budget allocation and optimisation.
• Track performance, meet targets and proactively address issues.
• Research market trends and deliver actionable growth insights.
• Set up and manage tracking and attribution infrastructure (e.g. mobile measurement partners).
• Implement targeting, segmentation and creative testing frameworks, and coach the team on best practices.
• Run experiments (A/B tests, pilots) and scale successful ones.
• Collaborate with creative, product, analytics, design and development teams.
• Mentor team members and define and manage the acquisition budget to achieve ROI and cost-performance targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering, Management, Economics or a related field.
• 8+ years of user acquisition and growth marketing experience, preferably in mobile.
• Hands-on campaign management experience in performance marketing.
• Strong analytical skills in metrics-driven environments.
• SQL and/or programming experience preferred; App Store Optimisation knowledge preferred.
