Budget and Reporting Supervisor

About the role

Global Ports Holding Ltd (GPH), the world's largest cruise port operator, is hiring a Budget and Reporting Supervisor for its Istanbul headquarters. The role coordinates and controls financial operations across international locations, ensures compliance and drives financial excellence across the port portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and control financial operations across international locations.
• Handle all aspects of IFRS reporting and the annual financial forecast.
• Support month-end and year-end closing, including reconciliations and consolidated reporting.
• Review, analyse and interpret KPIs, financial reports and budget comparisons across locations.
• Ensure compliance with tax, insurance and other reports required by regulation.
• Develop the financial accounting systems needed to meet international reporting best practices.
• Build relationships with finance colleagues worldwide and liaise with external auditors, tax advisors and regulators.
• Review local accounts prepared on local GAAPs and guide local teams on IFRS conversion.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in financial reporting, controlling or audit.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international environment; self-motivated team player.
• Experience in a multi-entity or multi-country finance environment is a plus.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of IFRS.
• Experience with financial reporting and consolidation tools such as Oracle Hyperion.
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel.
