Business Development Manager – Attractions & Tours

About the role

Trip.com Group is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand its Attractions & Tours portfolio in the Turkey region. You will work within a fast‑growing, international team to connect travelers with top‑quality activities and drive revenue growth across the MEA market.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new attractions and activity suppliers while managing and growing the existing account portfolio across MEA.
• Identify high‑potential partners and design strategic initiatives to maximize revenue.
• Educate suppliers on Trip.com’s platform features, assess their needs and match them with suitable products.
• Ensure attraction content, rates, availability and offerings deliver exceptional value to users.
• Communicate ongoing campaigns, promotions and explore on‑site and local distribution opportunities.
• Conduct market research and data analysis on trends, competitors, pricing and supplier performance.
• Provide actionable insights to support product design and global localization efforts.
• Handle additional tasks as business needs evolve.

Required profile

• Valid working permit or visa for Turkey.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in tours and ticketing within an OTA, revenue/yield management, or e‑commerce environment.
• Established network with tourism boards, airlines, affiliate partners or travel influencers.
