Business Development Manager / Executive

About the role

Domino's is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new franchise opportunities and support commercial growth across its network.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies, market research, and profitability analyses for new franchise opportunities.
• Provide financial insights for investment evaluations, ROI analyses, and commercial decision‑making.
• Analyze sales and growth potential and help shape business development strategies.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, ensure effective project follow‑up, and prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
• Work on new business models and development projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 7–10 years of experience, preferably in business development or operations within QSR or food industry.
• Strong ability to read P&L statements, conduct financial analysis, and deliver strategic insights.
• Target‑oriented, analytical thinker with strong commercial acumen.
• Excellent command of English and ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams.
