Business Development Specialist

About the role

iyzico is seeking a Business Development Specialist to identify and drive strategic growth opportunities that align with its vision to become a leading financial institution in Turkey. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders to translate market insights into actionable business plans.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate strategic growth opportunities in line with iyzico’s roadmap.
• Analyze payment trends, customer pain points, and market gaps to shape new initiatives.
• Develop and refine business models, conducting market research, feasibility studies, ROI analysis, and P&L projections.
• Build compelling business cases and define clear execution requirements.
• Lead complex, cross‑functional projects, aligning stakeholders and managing dependencies from ideation to delivery.
• Monitor performance metrics and pinpoint actions to accelerate revenue, scalability, and profitability.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, strategy, or strategic project management.
• Proven ability to create business cases, feasibility studies, ROI analyses, and P&L forecasts.
• Self‑starter with strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Experience leading multi‑stakeholder, cross‑functional projects.
• Analytical, growth‑oriented, and results‑driven mindset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
