Business Development & Strategic Partnerships Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development & Strategic Partnerships Manager to expand Moneo’s client network, generate new business opportunities and build long‑term relationships with technology‑focused organisations. Working closely with the founders and technical teams, you will identify prospects, understand their challenges and turn conversations into revenue‑generating partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities across fintech, e‑commerce, insurance, logistics, SaaS and enterprise technology sectors.
• Leverage existing professional contacts and continuously create new relationships with CEOs, founders, CTOs, CIOs and other decision‑makers.
• Identify companies with software development, product development, engineering, DevOps or technology consulting needs and map multi‑person buying processes.
• Conduct discovery conversations, qualify opportunities and coordinate proposals, presentations and technical discovery sessions with internal teams.
• Maintain a disciplined CRM pipeline, providing visibility on health, next steps, probability and expected revenue.
• Represent Moneo at relevant industry events, communities and networks.

Required profile

• Proven track record in business development or strategic partnership roles within the technology sector.
• Strong professional network with senior technology and business leaders.
• Ability to understand complex business and technical challenges and propose appropriate solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Experience with modern sales and AI tools for account research and prospect intelligence.
• Proficiency in CRM systems for pipeline management.
