Business Growth Specialist – Turkey

About the role

TradingView is seeking a Business Growth Specialist to drive adoption of its B2B products across Turkey. You will act as a trusted partner for institutional clients, guiding them through onboarding and building long‑term strategic relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage outbound client pipelines while handling inbound partnership requests.
• Craft tailored proposals and high‑impact pitches for financial institutions.
• Lead technical onboarding, review team responses and ensure clear client communication.
• Collect customer insights and share findings with internal teams to inform product improvements.
• Apply a test‑and‑learn methodology to optimise acquisition and engagement strategies.

Required profile

• Native or professional fluency in Turkish and excellent professional English.
• Proven track record in B2B sales, account management or business development within fintech, SaaS or financial institutions.
• Self‑starter with a partnership‑first mindset and strong organisational skills.
• Highly detail‑oriented, able to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Competent use of Microsoft Office, Slack and other collaboration platforms.
