National Sales Manager

About the role

Servier is seeking a results‑oriented National Sales Manager to lead its sales organization in Turkey. The role will drive performance across the full product portfolio, lead Regional Managers and ensure field execution excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead sales performance, achieve business objectives and contribute to sales strategy execution.
• Support forecasting, performance management and KPI monitoring in collaboration with BEX and other functions.
• Coach and develop Regional Managers, foster high‑performance culture and ensure aligned field execution.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical, Training, BEX and other functions to translate business priorities into field actions.
• Promote effective use of CRM, Lynx and other digital tools, and leverage AI‑enabled analytics for sales effectiveness.
• Oversee sales‑related budget planning, resource allocation and compliance with policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Business Administration or related field.
• 10–12 years of pharmaceutical industry experience with proven sales leadership and people‑management track record.
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical thinking and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluency in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using Lynx and other digital sales tools.
• Knowledge of AI‑enabled capabilities and sales analytics.
