About the role
The Business Intelligence Supervisor will lead software development, digital transformation and business process improvement initiatives across Honda Türkiye and its dealer network.
Key responsibilities
- Lead software development and digital transformation projects.
- Analyze business requirements and design scalable technical solutions.
- Manage the end‑to‑end software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
- Supervise internal team members, external suppliers and project stakeholders.
- Control project scope, budget, timeline and delivery quality.
- Drive process digitalisation, automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- Minimum 10 years of experience in software development or IT project management.
- Advanced level of written and spoken English; automotive or dealer‑management experience is a plus.
