Post Sales Consultant

About the role

The Post Sales Consultant will execute installation, deployment and technical support of Ricoh software solutions, ensuring they meet defined technical requirements and project plans. You will also support pre‑sales proof‑of‑concept activities and collaborate with customers and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and customise Ricoh solutions to match customer IT environments.
• Provide technical support during pre‑sales POC activities and review Statements of Work for feasibility.
• Participate in project planning meetings, maintain product knowledge and attend training.
• Support customer sales meetings with technical expertise and manage projects from sale to successful deployment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, MIS, Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
• 3‑4 years of experience in IT solutions, document or software solutions, or technical consulting.
• Strong project‑management mindset with a customer‑focused, results‑oriented approach.
• Advanced English proficiency and a valid Category B driving licence.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Linux‑based operating systems and server environments.
• Experience analysing customer requirements, developing solutions and resolving technical issues.
• Familiarity with document management, content management, workflow automation and print‑management solutions.
