Call Center Sales Representative (English) - Medical Aesthetics

About the role

Esteticderm Nişantaşı is a medical aesthetics clinic in Istanbul serving international patients for aesthetic, hair and dental treatments. It is hiring five experienced phone sales professionals, preferably from the medical aesthetics sector, to turn inbound inquiries into confirmed appointments. You will be the first voice international patients hear, handling calls and WhatsApp messages, presenting treatments and converting conversations into booked visits.

Key responsibilities

• Respond quickly to inbound international patient inquiries by phone and WhatsApp
• Present treatments, pricing, accommodation and transfer options clearly and professionally
• Convert leads into confirmed appointments and achieve monthly sales targets
• Follow up with patients until their arrival at the clinic
• Keep all calls and patient information up to date in the CRM

Required profile

• At least 2 years of active telephone sales experience in a call center (target-based sales)
• At least 2 years of sales experience in the medical aesthetics sector (aesthetic clinic, hair transplant, dental or health tourism); this is the most important criterion
• English at B2 level or above, fluent and confident on the phone; Turkish at B2 level or above
• Foreign nationals: valid Turkish residence permit with at least 6 months remaining (the clinic arranges the work permit)
• Able to work on-site in Şişli / Nişantaşı, full time 09:30-19:00, 6 days a week
• Strongly preferred: Arabic, French or Russian, and living in Şişli or nearby districts
