CEO Executive Assistant

About the role

The CEO Executive Assistant will support the coordination of strategic, operational and managerial processes, reporting directly to the CEO of Itameks, a leading European automotive interior components manufacturer.

Key responsibilities

• Attend and follow up on management, production, technical and strategic meetings involving the CEO, documenting outcomes, risks and decisions.
• Coordinate with executives and departments to ensure timely completion of agreed actions.
• Monitor progress of strategic projects, investments and corporate priorities led by the CEO.
• Prepare briefing notes, executive summaries, analyses, reports and presentations for the CEO.
• Analyze technical and operational matters and produce concise, action‑oriented executive reports.
• Support the CEO’s business plan, agenda and priority management, and regularly report on implementation of decisions.
• Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and professional representation across all CEO Office activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in a CEO/General Manager office, executive coordination, project management or related functions, preferably in automotive or industrial sectors.
• Strong business perspective with understanding of manufacturing processes, technical terminology and project management principles.
• Excellent analytical, planning and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• High sense of responsibility, confidentiality and proactive, results‑oriented attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
