CEO Office Associate

About the role

Join the CEO Office at Hiccup as an Associate, working directly with the CEO and Chief of Staff on finance, strategy, fundraising, international expansion and operational scaling. You will act as an internal consultant, turning unstructured problems into actionable solutions and seeing them through to implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Take priority problems from brief to outcome: scope, structure, and own results.
• Break ambiguous questions into hypotheses and work plans.
• Build quantitative cases: financial models, market sizing, unit economics, pricing and scenario analysis.
• Drive implementation of recommendations, track performance and adjust as needed.
• Prepare business reviews, pull numbers, uncover stories and highlight decisions.
• Support financial management reporting and expansion initiatives across new markets and entities.
• Manage relationships with advisors, marketplaces, banks and service providers in multiple jurisdictions.
• Assist in the next funding round.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Excellent academic background, preferably from Bilkent, Boğaziçi, ITU, Koç, METU, Sabancı or international universities.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Turkish.
• Analytical mindset with ability to structure vague problems and explain reasoning.
• High ownership, reliability under deadlines and comfort with fast‑paced, shifting priorities.

Required skills

• Working literacy in large language models (LLMs).
• SQL.
• Excel / Google Sheets.
