About the role
Raffles Istanbul is seeking a passionate Chef De Partie to join its Asian restaurant, Isokyo. The successful candidate will work in a luxury hospitality environment, delivering exceptional service and contributing to the high standards of fine dining that Raffles is known for.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Asian cuisine
- Passion for luxury hospitality and exceptional service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
- Ability to work as part of a diverse, dynamic team
- Proactive, solution‑oriented approach
- Knowledge of hygiene, food safety management and cost control
- Flexible and adaptable to different working locations
