About the role
Join Hilton’s Hotels team as a Steward and help brighten guests’ days by keeping kitchen and dining areas spotless while delivering memorable hospitality experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Clean all chinaware, silverware, cooking utensils, pots and pans, and polish silver.
- Monitor stock levels to ensure supplies and equipment are well stocked and organized.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness through mopping, waste removal, and other essential cleaning tasks.
- Prepare and set up clean serviceware for banquets and functions.
- Handle hazardous substances safely and comply with hygiene and safety regulations.
- Report any safety concerns or equipment issues to the supervisor promptly.
- Train and mentor new team members to strengthen overall performance.
