About the role

As a Director of Operations at Hilton, you will lead the daily functioning of a hotel, ensuring that every guest experiences the warmth and hospitality the brand promises. You will be responsible for shaping service excellence, driving performance, and cultivating a high‑performing team that delivers memorable stays.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all hotel operations, including budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, service delivery and compliance with brand standards.
• Develop and execute service excellence strategies by monitoring guest trends, assessing satisfaction and implementing long‑term quality improvements.
• Identify process or performance gaps and implement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Drive quality assurance initiatives, set goals, enable service recovery and track guest satisfaction metrics.
• Foster a high‑performing team through performance management, professional development, engagement and recognition programs.
