Clinical Independent Rater – Turkish Speaking (Remote)

About the role

IQVIA is seeking a Clinical Independent Rater who is fluent in Turkish to support remote clinical trials. The rater will ensure data integrity by reviewing and scoring psychiatric assessment scales, conducting patient interviews, and providing real‑time feedback to other raters.

Key responsibilities

• Complete orientation, training, and calibration sessions.
• Review case data and prepare assessment materials for rater discussions.
• Conduct patient interviews and administer clinical rating scales such as MINI and MADRS.
• Score, interpret, and document assessment results according to study protocols.
• Provide live feedback and guidance to raters on methodology, interview techniques, and scoring accuracy.
• Submit all required reports and documentation within study timelines.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (MA/MS) in Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatric Nursing, Social Work or equivalent; MD, DO, or PhD preferred.
• Minimum three years of experience administering psychiatric assessments and rating scales in clinical research.
• At least three years of clinical work with psychiatric populations.
• Fluency in English and native‑level proficiency in Turkish.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Windows operating system.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
